Early College
At College Park Academy, we are providing students with an education as similar to college as possible, and in turn, our students are better prepared and excited to move on to that next chapter in their lives.
“Bricks and Clicks”
CPA is one of the first “bricks and clicks” middle and high schools in the USA. CPA’s curriculum is fully online and 1/3 of its courses (primarily foreign languages and electives) are taught by online teachers. This is an innovative and newly emerging school style and CPA is paving the way for many other Maryland schools who see the benefits in our personalized learning and high test scores.
High Test Scores
A wide array of options allows for more freedom than attending a traditional high school. Students choose which fields of study they are interested in and receive an educational experience similar to college majors. This style of focused education at an earlier age than most allows for CPA students to be more knowledgeable and prepared when they choose their majors in college.

CPA Plus
College Park Academy provides a vast array of UMD-supported after-school programs including Robotics, Piano, Chemistry Tutoring, Journalism, Mindfulness, Cosmetology Club, Artistic Box Art Club, Creative Writing, International Culture Club, Glee Club, Dance, Swimming, DUNK Basketball, Sisters in STEM, and many more.
With our after-school programs, learning doesn’t conclude at the end of the school day. Students have time and resources to continue developing their hobbies and interests beyond core subjects.
College Park Academy seeks to allow students to gather a well-rounded education that emphasizes their unique interests.
